I have loved learning my whole life. As I became older, I became addicted to new challenges with exercise and experimenting with foods. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics hoping to go on to become a Registered Dietician. When that didn’t pan out as I planned, I decided to go another direction. Years later, my health was not optimal for the lifestyle I created. I was constantly searching for reasons why I felt the way I did. I had brain fog, headaches, stomach pains, dietary restrictions, fatigue, etc. I then stumbled upon the Root Cause Protocol which connected every dot I was missing. This was the key I was searching for!! I am so excited to be apart of this community and help spread education all around. I am here to help people feel better for good.
