Hello! My name is Nicole and I am a mother to two young boys! I am a Root Cause Protocol Consultant, Hormone Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Pharm.D. (Doctor of Pharmacy). My health and wellness journey began when I struggled to conceive. I quickly discovered there is a lack of empathy, empowerment, and guidance in the healthcare system. None of the doctors I saw asked me any questions in an attempt to get to the root cause of my issues. I didn’t feel seen, heard, or truly cared for. Instead, I was prescribed pharmaceutical drugs and IUI to conceive. This left me with a miscarriage and no thriving pregnancy. I began my own research and discovered some of the root causes to my fertility issues along with the RCP and was able to connect the dots. Quickly I discovered how I could heal my body and hormones naturally, which is incredibly empowering! Once I began to nourish my body with minerals and food my cycles became regular with no pain, my energy increased, my resilience to stress has significantly improved, and my acne has resolved.

I am passionate about helping women struggling to get to the root cause of their hormonal imbalances (infertility, PCOS, amenorrhea, acne, endometriosis, etc), sluggish metabolism, insomnia, lack of energy, and inability to tolerate stress.

In addition, while working as a pharmacist I discovered how broken our healthcare system is. Instead of providers getting to the root cause of an individuals issue(s) and truly helping them heal, a medication is prescribed as a bandaid. To no ones surprise they continue to develop symptoms and another medication is prescribed and the cycle continues.
