Like so many women, I grew up deeply disconnected from my feminine, cyclical body in many different ways. This resulted in endometriosis, infertility, autoimmune disorders and a slew of metabolic dysfunctions that plagued me throughout my teens & early twenties.

My insatiable pursuit for finding answers to heal my chronic disorders turned out to be a 10+ year rediscovery journey of myself. This ultimately led to reversing all of my chronic disorders and rewilding myself, but perhaps even more importantly, it channeled an immense passion within me to open my own traditional, metabolically based wellness practice with the ripple effects of healing ebbing from woman to woman. For 5 years now, I have been walking one on one alongside women watching them reclaim their vibrancy, fertility, and wellness. Since incorporating the RCP, the depth of dimension it has added to my own wellness and that of my client’s has been astounding.

The approach I offer in my practice is focused primarily on women, where we delve into rewilding the ultimate expression of true physiological feminine wellness rooted in bio-individualism, metabolic homeostasis, ancestral nutrition & nervous system regulation. I firmly believe that the body holds the innate ability to heal and I would be honoured to guide you through your healing journey.
