I have worked in private practice as an exercise and nutrition consultant since the 1980’s. I have a masters degree in health sciences, am a Functional Medicine Practitioner, NeuroChange Practitioner and specialise in blood chemistry and other testing analysis.

Despite my years in practice and continuing education in nutritional sciences, I have always felt that a piece of the “health” puzzle has been missing. The knowledge I have gain during my RCP training has filled that gap and opened a new way of helping my clients achieve the health they deserve.

I look forward to working with clients using the RCP method and helping them to take back their health and start thriving.
