In this webinar we’ll explore the importance of food-based B vitamins.

Did you know that nature’s B vitamins are dramatically different to the synthetic ones you get from a bottle?
Supplements (and daily vitamins) are standardised and that’s just not how mother nature works, there is a very specific stratification of levels of B vitamins.

Morley will share his personal theory about B vitamins being designed to be activated by copper. It’s a rather surprising insight that B vitamins have batteries (copper batteries) that serve to regulate iron. B vitamins are easily lost to stress, yet they play a very important role in helping us to deal with stress. B vitamins are small but mighty, and we’ll look at how they are involved in making energy. We’ll take a look at certain foods which are historically rich in B vitamins and discuss what happens when we’re short on B vitamins (we’re more reactive to our environment, more anxious). We’ll talk about how B vitamins help to calm us down and how a little goes a long way.
