Why is iodine largely understood?
In this webinar, we answer our most frequently asked questions on iodine. Why is it so important? What are the sources of iodine?
If someone has ever told you that you NEED iodine (maybe for your thyroid), but you don’t know how to go about it, come to this free event.
Many folks often believe they need a lot of extra iodine, but most of us don’t realize that iodine is just one small part of the bigger picture of the minerals in your body. We’ll talk about food-based sources of iodine and how iodine can be used to support the body when antioxidant capacity is low.
Ultimately, understanding the underlying physiology is most important here. You can take a synthetic supplement, but we don’t ever recommend that. Cheap workarounds don’t work, and as far as the RCP is concerned, we’re all about getting what your body needs from nature.
