“After six years of searching as to why my digestion was so challenging and why I was so sensitive to foods and prone to constipation Morley Robbins came to my rescue, he is an answer to my prayers. I did not take supplements prior to the pandemic and during the pandemic fear and hysteria I began taking the recommended supplements along with a collection of many others in an effort to improve my digestion little did I know it was only compounding the issue and making me more unwell.

The first one was vit D from lanolin and although I felt bloated from it I was in fear during this time and continued it for three days. I could feel my liver was very blocked up from this and my digestion that was once perfect slowed right down and I became much more sensitive to foods and cosmetics and chemicals. Then I moved on to asorbic acid, vit C. NAC and zinc drops. As Morley so generously explains these supplements weaken our immune system they do not strengthen it.

The decrease in copper and uptake in iron in the liver is what is responsible for constipation, thyroid issues, hashimoto’s, fatigue, histamine reaction, inflammation and fatigue. I had all of these but was lost in the long covid narrative, how convenient….so I wasn’t correlating that it was the addition of supplements that was making me sick. I can across the work of Morley Robbins two weeks ago and that night I stopped all supplements and focused on copper rich foods and immediately my body began to respond with better moods, improved digestion and less food sensitivities. I can’t thank this man enough for his years of research into the archives of health which has been hidden from us all.

I pray he can become part of the Kennedy team to bring this information to our leaders so that the addition of fortified minerals in our foods can cease and that the pesticide spraying of our lawns and crops that is the number one depleator of copper can cease. CUre is well written and brings forth studies and information very helpful to solving fatigue and the root causes. It is not an easy read, but well worth investing in. I bought both the book and the Audible version. I would recommend the Audible version even though there are words that I may not understand, because it helps my mind keep focused enough to finish the first run through. The first half of the book looks at this in more detail and then gets into the actual protocol in the second half.
I did have to read this in bite-sized chunks to absorb much of the information, but I found the theories that were raised in this book very interesting, and I’m going to be looking into them much more.
