Joshua | The Root Cause Protocol Helped With My Iron Overload

Just a share! I was vegan for a long time and had extremely high iron. I did many of the protocols but this year at the start of the year I was a weak version of the guy I once was. I decided to go all-in and started eating fish again and then started taking beef liver along with some other organs. After a detox period that lasted quite some time; my health started changing quite a bit, gym sessions became longer and oftentimes twice a day. The depression lifted, and my hair started becoming stronger. I am still having issues with keeping my nitric oxide up which affects some aspects of my personal life and I still have some vision focusing problems but many of my health issues have reduced or gone away. I feel strong, I want to feel stronger and so today I did my first therapeutic blood draw and hope that by the end of the year as I get my iron levels lower I see improvements in these remaining areas….. I hope everyone continues on their path to being well and getting to the root cause. Thank you Morley Robbins and so many others for the research you have done and the encouragement you provide to others. You all helped me when I couldn’t find help. I’m grateful.
