How long have you been following the Protocol?

What health issues/symptoms led you to the protocol?
I was sick of being over weight. Since menopause I had been putting weight on gradually and not being able to shift it. I had sun spots on my hands and face and general fatigue and low energy. Brain fog and memory loss were steadily increasing. Trouble sleeping as well.
What changes have you seen in your health from starting/following the protocol?
In the first 2 weeks of being on the protocol the brain fog lifted. My memory was improving significantly. I also changed my diet to strict carnivore, eliminating all carbs and sugar. I believe being on the protocol helped me to transition to carnivore without any issues.
I’m sleeping, my sun spots have all but cleared up, my gland in my neck has shrunk, my hair and nails are stronger. I’m feeling more like a human being.
What is the best result you are seeing in your health/life change from the protocol?
My weight is moving. I have lost 11 kgs since starting the protocol. I am calmer, more centered and less stressed.
