“I’d say that it would likely be a different experience for everyone, depending upon many factors. I had already been eating a somewhat ancestral diet for many years, but began to incorporate far more when introduced to RCP. I had also been taking cod liver oil and grass-fed beef liver capsules for a year, while pregnant, before beginning the protocol.

Personally, with my most pressing issues —
My once almost daily migraines disappeared completely within the first week of taking the adrenal cocktail and mineral drops.

I had my thyroid value labs checked about three months in and all biological markers of the Grave’s Disease I had been diagnosed with in late 2021 had all completely normalized, even my TSH. I never took toxic drugs for it. My T3 and T4 had slightly normalized during pregnancy, as I had expected, but my TSH has been undetectable since before my diagnosis, until it completely normalized three months into the protocol, along with all the other values.

About five months into the protocol, my once debilitating and severely painful monthly cycles suddenly became mild to NO pain – which was a huge shock for me. I’ve been living with terrible pain every month for so many years that it was such a huge surprise to have little to none at all and hardly notice it.

I have an almost one year old, so it is hard to gauge if my sleep, energy, and fatigue levels have improved, but I’d say I have pretty great energy for having an extremely spirited and high energy baby on my hands! 😄

My gut health has definitely improved. I have my husband on it as well and his leg cramping has disappeared (he is a runner) and his gut health has improved as well.”
