Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, (i) any payment information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment. If you sign up for an ongoing subscription, you will be billed at the selected subscription interval (ie. monthly, quarterly, annually, etc) until you cancel it.
Refund and Return Policy
To the extent that you purchase any products directly from us, we may refund your purchase price within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. You will need to notify us in writing of your desire for the refund together with a reason for the request.

After the 30-Day Refund Window
Any request received after 30 days from the original purchase date is not eligible for a refund. -
Significant Course Participation
If a student has completed more than 25% of course modules, downloaded substantial course materials, attended live sessions, or otherwise made active use of program resources, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable. -
Failure to Meet Payment Plan Obligations
If payment plan installments fail, are declined, or remain unpaid, the student remains responsible for all remaining payments and no refund will be granted for amounts paid. -
Termination Due to Policy Violations
If access is terminated due to misconduct, breach of Terms & Conditions, or abuse of community guidelines, no refund will be issued. -
Third-Party Products or Services
Purchases made through third-party platforms or distributors are subject to their own independent refund policies. -
Change of Circumstances
We cannot issue refunds due to personal circumstances including, but not limited to:
illness, changes in schedule, loss of access to technology, dissatisfaction with instructor style or personality, or any circumstance outside of our control.
In the case of the RCP Institute, however, any refunds requested within 30 days from initial purchase will be provided excluding a $250USD fee which is retained by the RCP Institute to cover administrative and onboarding costs. Any refunds requested for RCP Institute purchases outside of the 30 day period will not be refunded, students must complete their payments in full and will have the option to defer to the next intake at the ‘previous student’ rate.
Please note that our 30-day cancellation policy applies if you change your mind and no longer wish to participate in the RCP training. If your cancellation request is successful you will be issued a refund minus a $250USD administration fee.
Once a student has completed the program or received certification, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Termination of Membership
Your membership with us is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under these Terms and Conditions will terminate without our notice if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will stop representing yourself as a registered Member or Client. You must delete or destroy any information or content (including all copies) obtained from our Website. Certain provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, copyrights, indemnity, trademarks, limitation of liability, warranty, and jurisdictional issues will survive the termination of this Agreement.
