My journey with the Root Cause Protocol began in 2018, at a time when my body was no longer responding the way it once had. After years of searching for answers through both conventional and alternative approaches, I found myself at a physical breaking point.

I had experienced a wide range of symptoms over time, including insomnia, restless legs, menstrual pain and dysfunction, uterine fibroids, depression, allergies, and digestive issues. What I came to understand is that many of these symptoms were not separate conditions, but expressions of deeper imbalance within the body.

Through my introduction to the Root Cause Protocol, I began to look at health through a different lens—one that focused on minerals, energy, and the body’s internal environment.

Over time, and with consistent application, I was able to rebuild my health in a steady and meaningful way.

Since then, I have continued to deepen my understanding of this work and have supported others in applying the protocol in a way that is both practical and individualized. Each person comes with their own history, capacity, and pace, and I take care to meet them where they are.

In my work, I often see patterns in those who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or confused by conflicting health information. Together, we focus on making sense of what the body may be expressing and how to support it without force.

I don’t view the body as something that needs to be fixed, but rather something that can be supported back into balance when given the right conditions.

This work has become a way of living for me, not just a practice.
