Danielle has 11 years’ experience as a Wellness, Stress, & Energy Consultant, working with clients in-person throughout the greater New York City metropolitan area and virtually worldwide. Her practice is personalized, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. She began adhering to the RCP in 2019 to treat iron overload, and became a consultant in 2021.
Currently, Danielle is practicing Medical Nutrition Therapy supervised, on the pathway to the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) board certification, while finishing her M.S. in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport. Danielle empowers clients to heal chronic illness and serves as a catalyst for behavioral change as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Root Cause Protocol Consultant, Qualified MBSR Teacher, and energy worker certified in Reiki and Medical Biomagnetism & Bioenergetics. She is passionate about finding the root cause of disease; how stress, emotion, energy and consciousness develop into illness; and the prevention/reversal of disease through the practice of evidence-based functional and lifestyle medicine, with the tools of nutrition, herbs, exercise, clean living, mindfulness, and energy psychology.
Danielle spent her youth training to be a dancer, singer, and actress, before becoming sick with a mystery chronic illness dismissed by doctors. This experience gave her a unique understanding of feeling frustrated, stuck, alone, and hopeless on a health journey, needing to muster much courage, willpower, and resilience to come out on the other side. After receiving a diagnosis 14 years later and following the prescribed care plan, her health worsened. Realizing that she was sick enough to live with chronic illness, but healthy enough to do something about it, she changed careers: gaining multiple certifications in allied health professions to become the practitioner and advocate she once needed. Now she works tirelessly to not only reduce the symptoms of her clients, but find the root cause of the dysfunction, restoring not only health, but also sense of self and purpose. Her motivator is belief in a vision, one where people are not dismissed by medical professionals but instead respected, heard, supported, and healed.
Danielle serves as an advocate for Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and related comorbidities including Dysautonomias (POTS) and Mast Cell Diseases (MCAS). She was selected to participate in The Ehlers-Danlos Society’s EDS ECHO Healthcare Student Program for 2025, has trained with Jeannie Di Bon in the Integral Movement Method, and continues to gain additional certifications related to hypermobility. Additionally, this year she participated in the EDS ECHO Health Advocacy Program and will sit for the Board Certified Patient Advocate exam in Fall 2026.
Danielle is also enrolled at the Matthew Wood Institute of Herbalism, with intent to pursue the designation of Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild. Since 2021, Danielle has worked towards completing the MBSR Teacher Training Certificate at Brown University and has reached the level of Qualified MBSR Teacher. With almost 25 years’ dedication to daily meditation, she continues to deepen her practice of dharma as a student and teacher of mindfulness, meditation, growth mindset, gratitude, and kindness. Danielle holds a B.A. from Hamilton College (Clinton, NY).
