I am a dedicated nurse practitioner with an extensive and unique background. My goal now is to use a blend of my own personal experience as well as years of research and education to help empower others to heal. My search finally led me to the RCP and since implementing the protocol, I have healed myself from burnout and fatigue.

As a family nurse practitioner, I embodied many roles within the healing realm through the years. My professional experience has allowed me to work in a variety of specialties to include acute care medicine, family medicine, physical medicine (with a focus in pelvic therapy), addiction medicine, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy/functional medicine.

I am a practitioner of Integrative Energetic Medicine and Coaching. I support clients to explore the integration of physical, energetic and spiritual healing and coach them how emotional release helps to restore mineral balance. I continue to study foundational herbalism with multiple teachers and weave plants and their beautiful medicine into everything I do.
