My goal as an RCPC is to support people 50 and older who are seeking a healthy, vibrant life, free from medicine, and living with purpose. I have a particular interest in working with anyone experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, cognitive issues, or neurodegeneration.

If someone you love is experiencing dementia and looking for an alternative to medication, I can partner with you both to strategize ways to implement the RCP.

I began my exploration of holistic health 20 years ago when I lost my dad to cancer. I discovered that the body has the remarkable ability to heal itself given the right conditions and enough time. Yet, it always felt like a big piece of the puzzle was missing: why do we need so many supplements and remedies? Why do we get sick in the first place?

In 2019 I began to dive deeper into holistic modalities and functional nutrition after my mum was diagnosed with a neurodegenerative illness. I spent much of ‘the COVID years’ down all sorts of rabbit holes, trying to get to the bottom of what causes the brain to degenerate and how to alleviate common associated symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia and constipation.

When I discovered Morley Robbins and the Root Cause Protocol, I sensed I had finally reached the bottom of the rabbit hole. I found study after study demonstrating how an imbalance between copper and iron wreak havoc on the brain. I learned how unprocessed emotions coupled with an imbalance of key minerals in the body creates a chain of events that lead to oxidative stress, inflammation, and ultimately a disease state.

I have been a Massage Therapist and educator for 20 years. I provide business education and support for other wellness professionals, and am co-founder of a Healing Arts Community called Tribe. We support wellness professionals in private practice through online membership and provide physical office space in Chicago, IL.

I am passionate about sharing information that empowers people, whether it is on their personal healing journey or in being a successful holistic practitioner themselves.
