I support women in finding a nourished, resilient, and radiantly healthy state by focusing on rebuilding mineral heritage and removing toxins to get to the root of health issues. We are only as healthy as our cells and by supporting our bodies’ ability to create energy and eliminate toxins efficiently, we can return to the simple, natural joy of being alive. I use Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis to see where mineral imbalances lie, and how heavy metals may be negatively impacting health.

As a permaculture designer, soil practitioner, and Ayurveda amateur I take a very grassroots approach to the RCP and guide clients back into an ancestral approach to health and healing. With this comes a deep trust in Mother Nature and by extension our bodies. I specialize in women’s health and fertility interweaving the RCP into everything I do and offer.
