Hi, I’m Emily and through my understanding of minerals, metabolism, and magic I help you learn to speak the language of your body and remember the art of nourishment. In 2022, I came face to face with a viral brain infection, that almost took my life. This near-death experience not only sparked a deep healing journey within myself but also became the catalyst for the work I do today.

I now support others in returning to the wisdom of their body and help them navigate the overwhelm that comes with the health and healing space. Through the teachings of Morley Robbins, Ayurveda, plant medicines, and my own experiences, I use functional testing and holistic consulting to see where your imbalances lie. I know that we are only as healthy as our cells, so my work supports you at a cellular level.

I bring you back to fundamentals, teaching you how to build resilience from the ground up. Through working with me you readjust to natural rhythms and reconnect with the elements of nature and food as medicine. From this place, you remember your true radiance and when you connect to this energy, anything is possible.
