Hi, my name is Jo. I love the outdoors and talking about life. After a decade of ‘trying to do the right thing’ on a serious vegan diet, my health was suffering in big ways. It was challenging to know what to listen to after so many years of following the wrong advice. If you feel lost and scared about your health, I know what that’s like. I’m grateful to have found the RCP, which has supported me deeply in regaining my health. It has helped me listen to my body and think critically about the fads and narratives out there. I look forward to sharing this knowledge and supporting you on your journey.
