As an Integrative Health and Nutrition Practitioner and an RCPC, I’m able to educate you and support you on your journey to health. Our bodies have an innate ability to heal themselves, and by providing a solid foundation through mineral balancing and stress reduction, you will supply your body with exactly what it needs to thrive!

I first found the RCP back in 2016, and it helped me so much that I signed up for class four, and I’ve implemented the RCP into my work and my own life ever since. The RCP resolved many health issues for me: frozen shoulder, heel spurs, brain fog, hormonal imbalance, exhaustion, etc. Today I have energy!

I have a BSc (Psychology) and an MPA. I worked for over a decade as a qualified mental health professional. I’m also a Certified EFT Practitioner, an American Board Certified Hypnotherapist and a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. I also have a Diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques.

I know how important it is to reduce your stress and anxiety so your body can focus on healing! I am trained in several energy psychology modalities and together we can find the one that works best for you.
