Everything is connected; we are energy, and we can shift that energy through the food we consume, supplements we take, and, most importantly, our mindset.

My goal is to help you identify the stressors causing imbalance, correct them, and support you in living a more balanced life. I’m passionate about preventative health, women’s health, fertility preparation (for both men and women), and optimizing athletic performance through proper nutrition—all while fully enjoying life.
