Kristan Kershaw

Queensland

I help people make sense of their health in a way that feels simple, practical, and empowering. My clients often tell me I have a gift for breaking down complex science into clear, relatable steps that they can actually use in everyday life.

My own journey with minerals began back in 2013, when I first explored what later became known as the Root Cause Protocol. I trained directly with Morley Robbins as part of his very first student group in 2017 and went on to work within the RCP organisation from 2018 to 2024. During that time, I facilitated practitioner training, supported the Alumni community, and hosted countless webinars and Q&A sessions, which can still be watched within the RCP community.

With many years of experience supporting clients around the world, my focus is on meeting you where you are and helping you truly understand your body. Whether you like things explained simply or prefer diving into the deeper science. I’ll listen deeply to your needs, adapt to your style, and give you lasting knowledge that continues to serve you well beyond our sessions together.

I also bring a strong background in science education and technical training, which means I know how to translate complex details into clear, practical insights. This combination of expertise and teaching experience allows me to guide you with confidence and care.

I provide options to help you find answers, whether in my group course options or 1:1. Being in Australia, the exchange rate is often favourable to other countries, to also assist. I’m happy to work with you, no matter where you are!
