Hello, I am a recent graduate of the RCPC Institute though a lifelong learner. I have been offering Naturopathic services both face to face and online since 2008. I completed studies in Nutrition, Homeopathy, Herbal Medicine and Health Science to obtain my Naturopathic degree. Since then additional studies include functional medicine health coaching, live blood microscopy and Conscious Connected Breathwork.​

I also know first hand what it is like to struggle with poor health, chronic medical conditions, big stress and complex emotional issues. I believe these have taught me a lot about how to improve (mine and others) health.

Currently I run a clinic in Bega and love the fact that my job provides me the opportunity to work alongside people in a meaningful and respectful way, with the primary aim of improving quality of life and wellbeing. This can be deeply satisfying for me and my clients.

I love what I do (and am deeply grateful for this); working side by side with my patients, supporting change and improving my clients vitality is such a fulfilling way to use my creative energy. And now with the RCP training on board I can help my clients get to the next level.​

In my spare time I love a swim in the ocean, books, books and books, training in my home gym, practicing yoga, trying to get better at meditation, working in my veggie garden and cooking nutritional, ethical and (nearly always) delicious food for my family & friends.
