My awakening moment was in 2019 when I started digging more into health. I struggled with digestive and hormonal symptoms but did not want to settle with the response ‘this is normal’. My mom is from Peru- so growing up, thankfully, remedies were more holistic/natural based.

I am passionate about the RCP because it connected a lot of dots and really uncovered truths that we were never taught but I had an internal pull to ask ‘why’ when I was told to just take medicine. I love learning and really respect the RCP showing us the truth in a kind, nutritional way. I cannot wait to meet you and uncover YOUR truth and we can find the balance together. I am based in Jacksonville, FL at the moment, I am a military spouse so my physical location can change but I will always be here for you!
