Stress is so much more than what we think it is. Join us as we discuss the stress response through the RCP lens, exploring stress chemically and energetically. If you have stress in your life, it equates to oxidative stress in your body. Oxidative stress equals symptoms, sickness and mineral dysregulation. Worth noting is this – taking supplements alone does not reduce the stress you’re carrying! Supplements do not allow you to let go of the underlying stress which is driving the stress response, and this event will address why you cannot supplement your way to health.

We’ll also explore the role of the vagus nerve in response to stress and how we have been duped. The vagus nerve is supposed to be keeping us balanced in the face of stress, but when food is fortified with iron you undermine the responsibilities of the vagus nerve to monitor and correct stress.
