When it comes to the RCP, stress is a key (but often overlooked) factor. Especially emotional stress!
We’re going to unpack and explore the stress connection when it comes to the RCP, and then dig into the importance of releasing emotional stress. We’ll talk about the fight/flight response, and how to identify it in yourself and your family. We’ll discuss some strategies that we recommend to navigate the fight/flight response that is associated with emotional stress so that you can try them at home.
Even if you don’t feel like you have much stress in your life, we highly recommend you watch this webinar. Why? Because stress can take many forms and there are emotional and physical responses we don’t voluntarily control. Nobody is immune to emotional stress, even when we feel that we have no stress, or we aren’t actively stressed right now just because we have a roof over our heads, bills paid etc.
