“What I found most beneficial was the willingness to openly question and discuss many health practices that have become so normalized that people rarely stop to examine them anymore. It was both a liberating and deeply validating experience to be in an environment where these assumptions could be explored openly and constructively. Many of the ideas presented resonated with observations I had made in my own work, but had not always seen discussed so directly. Again and again, we discovered that many things we consider “normal” may not actually be normal, and that there are long-held beliefs and practices that deserve to be revisited and re-evaluated. I found that incredibly eye-opening & also very validating!
The second aspect I really appreciated was the depth and rigor of the training. The concepts were often complex and, at times, challenging for someone without a strong biochemistry background. Yet they were presented in such an accessible and practical way that they quickly became part of our lexicon. The vocabulary, frameworks, and concept maps were taught so clearly that they naturally became part of our thinking, our conversations, and the way we began understanding clients. Over time, they stopped feeling like new concepts and became part of our organic knowledge base & our lexicon effortlessly
What I enjoyed most was that the material was both deep and highly applicable. It provided a level of understanding that was sophisticated without being unnecessarily technical, allowing us to translate complex concepts into practical insights that could be used in everyday life and in our work with clients. That combination of depth, accessibility, and practical relevance was something I found particularly valuable.“
