TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to The Root Cause Protocol and the “Prize” refers to the either a) a signed copy of Morley Robbin’s book, Cure: Your Fatigue (10 available) or b) a spot in a fireside chat with Morley Robbins (5 available) [not both]. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All testimonials must be submitted by 30th April 2025 [all times in Eastern Standard Time]. Fifteen (15) winners Worldwide will be awarded the Prize by The Promoter on 6th May 2025 and will be notified after this date. Entries must be completed by submitting a testimonial via the website form, or on facebook or Instagram using the hashtag: #RCPChangedMyLife. Facebook or Instagram or Kartra are not in any way affiliated with or involved in the competition.

By submitting a testimonial as part of the #RCPChangedMyLife challenge, you grant The Root Cause Protocol the right to use, share, repost, and repurpose your content (including text, images, videos, and social media handles) on its website, social media, emails, and other promotional materials, in perpetuity and without additional compensation.

Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content but grant The Root Cause Protocol a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the testimonial for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, offensive, or not aligned with the values of the Root Cause Protocol, at its sole discretion.

The Prizes will be awarded to the Entrants who submit the most compelling and inspiring testimonials, as judged by The Promoter. Video testimonials will be prioritised for Prizes.

The book Prizes will be sent out no more than 45 days after the close of the competition. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for the alternate option available

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure for receipt of entry. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure the correct link is used to submit testimonials here. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
