In this webinar, we take a deeper look at how to support your bone health without calcium supplements
Calcium supplements are very common these days, and in our opinion, are also very overrated.
While it is true that calcium is essential for optimal health, calcium supplements are not essential for optimal health, and can even be harmful. Calcium supplements are routinely recommended and consumed, often in an effort to support bone health and ward off osteoporosis. If this has been your thinking or approach, you are not alone. While it’s true that osteoporosis is about calcium loss, what is not known by many is the fact that bone loss is triggered by excess, unbound iron.
During this free webinar will dive deep into the interactions between calcium, magnesium, and iron. We will also teach you how to properly support your bone health without the consequences of calcium supplements.
Come along live if you can! We hope you’ll join us.
