INDEX OF TOPICS

These have been created to address questions we’ve been seeing in the community. If you don’t see your question answered here, please reach out to support.

What are the inclusions of the Full Alumni?

We recognise that many of you may not be familiar with the many inclusions that are in the Full Alumni if you’ve not been there recently, so we will outline them below and in the walk-through video created to assist (scroll down to see it).

The Full Alumni gives you access to the following resources and opportunities to help you with keeping current in the RCP as it evolves and grows, to help you your own health, that of your clients and to build and develop your business over time.

Meetings available to join live or watch recordings for each month:

  • Q & A or focus topic (eg Morley updates, business development sessions, sessions to discuss case studies, etc)
  • Study group where you can learn how to understand articles
  • Drop in sessions to network with colleagues and special business coaching sessions.

We also host special additional events/sessions from time to time to help you grow your business or to learn more about a topic in the research that Morley may wish to share.

All past sessions are available – we have recordings [some are also transcribed] from early RCPC only sessions with Morley in 2017, the whole way through to current times with Morley, RCPC hosts and/or other guests.

Resources to help with clients, your own health journey or your business development:

This is just a selection of topics available within Kartra to help you learn, grow and evolve, along with the RCP. It’s not an exhaustive list, though it covers a lot of the main options.

Some direct links are included, but you’ll need to be logged into Kartra for them to work.

You may pop in for 5 minutes or spend an hour – it’s up to you.

  • Dedicated Alumni-only forum discussion spaces (within the RCP community forum).
    • Established for you to ask questions among colleagues, to network with others and find how others have approached situations you may be facing. Archives of past RCPC discussions are included from 2017 to current within this space.
  • Index of extras for clients
    • Want to know when castor oil can be useful? What about understanding more about histamines or a particular remedy your client may be asking about? Check it out in this area
  • Morleyisms
    • We’ve been capturing quotes and analogies that can help you grow your own understanding, or to share with clients to help them understand too.
  • Quick Morley videos
    • Morley and Kristan discuss topics Morley has been researching in short videos – these are great to keep up with topics Morley is referring to as new, without being overloaded with masses of new information.
  • Research shared by Morley
    • A VERY detailed A to Z of research discussions Morley has shared over the years and links to the articles he is covering. A great way to expand your knowledge in an area of curiosity or something where you may want to be better prepared for before a client meeting.

Additional RCP community inclusions:

  • Two Q & A sessions each month throughout the year (except December/January)
  • Back catalog of dozens of past Q & As covering many common topics and areas that clients may ask you about too
  • Webinar quick reference menu so you can access replays without individual sign up
  • Community forum space for you to join in with and learn from. A great space to contribute your knowledge into as well. By being present within the general community even just a few minutes a week, they can get to know you and see that they resonate with your responses, and help you grow your client base in the long run. These discussions range from questions surrounding personal health to complex results found within consults.

Transcripts and detailed notes are available for the majority of recorded community and Alumni events – it can take a couple of weeks, but these may be great ways to highlight topics and make notes after the fact too.

Marketing and business growth support

Included in your Alumni is a listing in the RCPC directory on the RCP website. This is very frequently linked to within all platforms that we speak to the public on, in newsletters, etc. This includes but isn’t limited to:

  • The RCP Facebook page
  • Behind the scenes in the message inbox for Facebook and instagram,
  • By the moderators in the Magnesium Advocacy Group and other ‘sister’ Facebook groups
  • Within our community forum
  • Within webinars and public-facing events
  • Within Morley’s book, Cu-re your fatigue
  • …and more!

We have resources within the Alumni to help you write a ‘bio’ that can help you jump out at clients and help them want to connect with you.

We’ve got topics within Kartra to help you grow your business in other ways – understanding the logistics of setting up a website, setting your business structure up in general, opportunities to understand the legal options out there to help you protect yourself and your business, and so forth.

We give Alumni members the opportunity to share testimonials and to be promoted within the RCP social media platforms, video interviews, emails, etc if they wish to be seen. This is a great way to advertise yourself and to increase your visibility to the public.

The RCP Premium community forum is another great way to grow this visibility – discussed below in more depth.

Clients connect to us as humans and want to get to know those who they are going to work with. We facilitate the above opportunities to help you connect with them!

Alumni walk-through

Please have a look at the ‘walk through’ video that has been created to show you the above features and where to find the resources.

My business is only getting started or I’m not yet in business, how do I cover the cost of the Alumni when I don’t have many clients yet?

This can be a source of stress, fear and discomfort, especially if it’s something you’ve not done before, so please remember the emotional release side of what we’ve always talked about within the RCP.

If you aren’t in business yet, or are not planning to start a business at this time, there are some ideas lower down to assist you with covering the cost of the Alumni.

For those who are in business, remember, this cost is a business expense! Every business has a base cost in order to run. Often we find it stressful in our early days to think of spending money to make money, but it’s something we have to do in the long run to grow beyond a hobby or a dream.

While paying to be part of the Full Alumni can be a daunting prospect, the resources you gain from your membership will be very helpful in finding success in your business. Every business owner must measure costs of running and it can be difficult to decide which costs are beneficial. The Full Alumni can be a business expense to those who are setting up their own consults and should be factored into the a) price charged to deliver consult services & b) viability of stepping into the consult world (if you chose to subscribe to the Full Alumni).

Covering the cost in your business

We have some great learning resources within the Alumni (as noted above) to help you set up and grow your business – including marketing and ways to become more visible in the community, thus gaining more clients. This is your single best way to cover the overall operations costs of your business.

For example, if you opt for the monthly option and you get one client per month and charge $150 USD for your consulting services (excluding any HTMA), you may have ~$110 remaining from that to cover your expenses such as time in the consult, the planning time before and after, and so forth.

If you update your bio within the RCPC directory and spend 5-10 minutes every other day in the forum to increase your visibility within the community, perhaps you may expand that to four clients/month. The cost per consult of that listing is now averaged out, and your retained income per consult is $140, but you are still only doing one consult per week on average, so you’ve not suddenly expanded to a point it’s unsustainable.

Just as we may be fearful of failing at our business, and that can be one of the hurdles to work through, many of us will feel intimidated by the possibility of being TOO successful! We may feel that if we put extra time and effort into growing our business, we may not be able to keep up, get overwhelmed, then as a result either don’t set out to do tasks we know we would otherwise like to do, or, we may swing back to less consults.

These hurdles are so common and are great topics to discuss with your peers during our ‘drop in’ sessions, or the regular Q & A sessions to help you grow in strategies. You can ask questions in advance of the live sessions if you can’t join us, so you still get help.

Sometimes when we start out, we also price our consults very low to make sure we can help everyone, but it may be so low that clients may actually be wary to book in! This is another area we can certainly talk about during Alumni sessions or in the forum.

Covering costs via the Affiliate Program

Irrespective of whether you are in business already, or are leaving it for later we have to ask: “do you share the RCP with others?”

Maybe you are a raving fan who lets everyone know about the benefits of the RCP and give anyone who will listen the link to the RCP website?

Another way to recoup the cost of the Alumni is by signing up for our Affiliate program.

Although anyone can register as an RCP affiliate, you (as an RCPC) have a huge advantage. Your knowledge of the inner workings of the RCP Institute positions you as an authority on the training. This means that when you share your affiliate link and couple it with your personal story, people are more likely to enroll in the Institute. We pay 10% commission on Institute sales, which means that you can earn $315 to $335 USD simply by telling someone about the training and sending them your link.

You can also earn commision for sales of the 101 video series and premium community sales, so with some money earned from each of these, a whole year of Alumni membership is paid for simply by talking about the RCP (which you’re likely already doing) and sending people your specific link.

You may be taking a big gasp of air in at the thought of sharing an affiliate link, because you feel it takes away from some of the trust you have with people or it makes it sound like you are doing a pushy sales pitch to others (or many other scary thoughts that may be running through your brain right now!). The reality is, as long as you are upfront that you are sharing the link because of your genuine love of the RCP and as a way of supporting your business without any cost to them, the majority of people will be very supportive. There’s some great training within the Affiliate area to help you maximize things without being a pushy salesperson.

We provide affiliate links and commissions because we realize the best way to help others get to the root cause of their health problems is to have people tell them about it. We don’t spend a whole lot on advertisements and ‘public relations’ because the best salesperson is someone who has found their solutions already and we would rather thank our supporters with payment instead of big companies via their advertising. Please don’t feel like you can’t take advantage of this because it’s a massive WIN WIN WIN! You get a few extra dollars, the person discovers a protocol that could change their life and we have the opportunity to help them on their journey and move toward our goal of stepping into the mainstream

Put it another way, if you are already inspiring others and they want to learn more, would you hold back giving them a link to learn more? No!

What if I don’t have enough time to consume the monthly content?

We know it’s overwhelming to keep everything going in your life, and it may seem that the Alumni is just another thing to add to this, but here are some tips to help.

When you started with the RCP, you didn’t have full grasp on everything that you needed to do, and it may have been overwhelming, but you over time have learned that doing one new thing at a time (perhaps per week) and stacking similar habits or tasks can give you a way to approach until it becomes easier.

What if the time spent in the Alumni could be an investment in reducing stress in other areas of your life? Improving your own health, that of your clients or business strength?

The following items may take just a few minutes to do, but can help you to feel like you are better keeping up.

      • Schedule the meetings into your diary/calendar in advance, so you have the time set aside before other commitments take that time slot! It’s nice to be there live if you can and not then have to catch up later.
      • Use the ‘one click’ sign ups for RCP events and add it to your digital calendar (or written one!) at the same time. This will mean reminders come into your inbox with the link you need!
      • Read the transcripts after the event/s – many of us are quicker to read than we are to watch, so you may find reading a transcript gives you a great chance to see what’s happening during sessions and to even help you select segments of a recording you may particularly want to watch over others.
      • Connect with your past ‘study buddy’ or find someone who is looking for a buddy within the RCPC community to chat with outside of meetings and to help catch you up on things you may have missed (and vice versa).
      • Spend 5 minutes reading and/or replying to posts in the forum, a few times per week
      • Spend 5 minutes adjusting the notifications for the forum so you receive email notifications for new topics or topic replies. This means you can just hit ‘reply’ to those emails to join in, you don’t even have to login to the forum.

Remember, a great way to catch up on missed live events can be to listen to recordings of meetings while doing another activity – cooking dinner, walking your dog, commuting (and so forth!). You may not get as much out of the recording as if you were watching closely,, but you are very likely to learn more than you would if you didn’t listen at all! You may need to come back to it to finish it later anyway, so even 10 minutes here or there will get you through it and keep you up to date on topics of interest.
