How long have you been following the Protocol?
Just learning all of it. Started with the Magnificent Magnesium book.
What health issues/symptoms led you to the protocol?
In 2021, severe magnesium deficiency manifesting itself as severe 24/7, non-stop, persistent AFIB, severe insomnia, severe clinically diagnosed anxiety, and muscle cramps. All which are cured now. Had two failed cardio versions, a failed cryo ablation. Correct supplementation cured me. Read the “AFIB CURE” written by research EP’s. If the underlying cause is curable, then AFIB can be cured.
What changes have you seen in your health from starting/following the protocol?
I take 1500 mg of Carolyn Dean’s RNA reset magnesium internally and do two transdermal treatments of magnesium oil a day. Her magnesium is the only magnesium that I can take in large daily amounts. It is very gentle and easily absorbed. I also take 800-1,000 mg of Healthy Origins Ubiquinol and CoQ10 a day. Just started copper bisglycinate in October 4 months ago. All of the above was done sequentially from 2021-2025, and each gave me great gains in health.
What is the most significant change you have experienced from the protocol?
My life has been restored. Back from disability lifestyle to a full blown schedule, with work, church, home improvement projects, cycling, TRX Boot Camp workouts including 2 sets of 10 pullups.
What would you say to someone who is considering RCP but unsure about starting the RCP?
Do the program, flex it to your own needs. Everybody’s body is at least slightly different. You just have to experiment a little bit and see what works and what does not work for you. Truly, Morley Robbins has figured out the root cause of a lot of diseases. Also try to keep your magnesium RBC above 6.0. I struggle to keep it at that level but am truly optimized when I am. 6.0-7.0 should be the magnesium RBC goal.

Cleveland Clinic just published an article and put a name on the true root cause condition that I was suffering with in July 2025. Do a search for hypomagnesemia and Cleveland Clinic. Not a fully comprehensive article on the subject, but a good read.
