What health issues/symptoms led you to the protocol?
I didn’t have any major health issues, but I had a strong desire to improve my health and eating habits in a more sustainable and nourishing way.

What changes have you seen in your health from starting/following the protocol?

So many! Early on, I noticed better sleep, more stable energy, reduced fatigue, and much less mental fog. I felt more grounded, more mentally clear, and more capable of taking action — especially in my business.

What is the most significant change you have experienced from the protocol?

This year (2025), I’ve been consistently following the full protocol — especially the adrenal cocktails, which I used to be less consistent with — and the difference has been incredible. Borax and DE have made a HUGE difference. I feel a new level of vitality, energy, and mental and emotional stability more so than before. Also it seems like I’ve dropped years of exhaustion and inflammation I did know I had, my skon is glowing, my hair is softer and manageable. Every day I seem to notice improvements and it’s so exciting!

What would you say to someone who is considering RCP but unsure about starting the RCP?

If you want to take chanrge of your health and see how your body is made to heal itself, then you’ve got to try the RCP. You’ll never know how much better you can feel unless you try. The RCP addresses imbalances at a cellular level — and that creates ripple effects in your physical, emotional, and even mental well-being.
