I finally turned my naturapath around and she is no longer concerned with my ferritin levels. Mine are at like a 5 or maybe even a 3. I don’t know, but I feel good. If you aren’t doing the full monty of iron tests, then you don’t have the whole picture. I am able to donate blood every 3-4 months and my hemoglobin numbers are always fine. She even said that my red blood cell size (which she can tell from one of the tests) is nice and big. She said she wouldn’t have expected that from someone with such low ferritin. I have reduced my iron saturation from 56% (bad) to 16% (good) by following the RCP and donating blood regularly. It’s nice now that I don’t have to fight her about ferritin.

I have not been perfect in the journey, but I am still seeing success.

How long have you been following the Protocol?
1 year 9 months.

What health issues/symptoms led you to the protocol?
Osteopenia, ringing ear, acid reflux, general aches and pains.

What changes have you seen in your health from starting/following the protocol?
My Osteopenia is gone! I was diagnosed in 3/21 and in 3/23 I tested again and was in normal zone! My bone density is increasing! I also have less inflammation/aches/pains, acid reflux is better and mostly controlled. The ringing in ear is still an issue, though it has greatly reduced. I have more energy and my mind is sharper. Also my hormones seem to be balanced better, less hot flashes.

What is the best result you are seeing in your health/life change from the protocol?
Osteopenia is gone.
