Eliana | The Root Cause Protocol Helped With My Iron Deficiency Anemia

Hi! I wanted to share my experience. For 6 years I had “iron deficiency anemia.” After many tests I knew that it is due to my heavy menstrual bleeding. All these years I took iron and the hemoglobin went up, but as soon as I left it, it went down again. I had been working on some stops for several years, once I received the protocol, complete the stops that I was missing and incorporate what i can from the starts: liver or heart once or twice a week, cod liver oil, magnesium, bee pollen and every day a good amount of fruit rich in vitamin C (papaya, orange, kiwi).
I recently took a test to see how my hemoglobin was after 2 months of stopping taking iron and oh surprise 😱 it was at 12.8, never in these years had I managed to have it so high and even less without taking iron. So thanks to everyone who works to get this valuable information out ❤️
