Kaylee | The Root Cause Protocol Helped With My Anemia

Download the RCP handbook and follow the directions, the key is to go slowly, start with the AC, I use the pills, and then can take with me. I have always been told I was anemic, and had to stop giving blood, they would not take me. I too, had several iron transfusions as I had hip replacement surgery and found the next day about RCP. I also was having unexplained breathing problems. I had been through 3 separate rounds of seeing heart and lung doctors only to be told I was fine.

I have been going slow on RCP now since mid-August – I have less pain in the rest of my joints and suddenly a month ago I realized I was breathing normally which is wonderful as any exertion before had me breathing hard, and now I had to walk for 30 mins. consecutively. Now only 7 weeks post op I am walking 1.6 miles with no breathing problem. The ONLY change is being on RCP – and not one silly doctor ever put 2 and 2 together that iron carries oxygen and if the iron is not in your blood you might not have enough oxygen – my iron was in my joints rusting them away.

I have had both my knees replaced (plus 2 previous surgeries), 2 surgeries on my shoulder, my wrist and all the surgeons said my joints were a mess inside, shredded cartilage – I am in hopes I will not have to have any more surgeries.
