When I first read the instructions, I cried. I have been so attached to iron supplements (physically and emotionally) for the last 10 years. To hear that there is a better way to help anemia was astounding.
I started with cod liver oil, Magnesium malate, trace minerals, coconut water, and added in red palm oil, camu camu, boron, and many of the stops and getting more sunshine. I’ve bought all of the supplements and plan to introduce them gradually.
So far, it’s reduced the severity and frequency of my migraines. Yea! My brain and body have improved! I’m looking forward to continuing and expecting to see even more healing.
