What health issues/symptoms led you to the protocol?

Physical Symptoms

Chronic fatigue – Low energy despite being in peak physical condition
Joint pain – Increasing pain with no apparent cause
Foot pain – Hurting when getting out of bed for no reason
Breathlessness – Difficulty breathing during normal activities
Skin issues – Dry skin with pigmentation changes
Persistent facial redness – Ongoing inflammation

What made these symptoms particularly alarming was that they occurred despite:

Following a strict carnivore diet
Looking in peak condition externally (had lost 18kg of fat)
Maintaining a rigorous training routine with stretching, weight lifting, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Having extensive knowledge about health and fitness

I’d encourage you to explore Morley Robbins’ research yourself and draw your own conclusions. This perspective challenges conventional medical thinking, but I’ve observed that the current medical system often focuses on managing symptoms rather than addressing root causes.

My Personal Turning Point

What convinced me wasn’t theory—it was desperation. I had unexplained symptoms despite doing everything ‘right’ according to conventional wisdom. When comprehensive blood tests revealed my ferritin levels were 900 ng/ml (way above the alarm level of 150), and traditional doctors either dismissed it or offered only symptom management, I realized I had to find the solution myself.
