100% YES! I started the protocol 1.5 years after my son was born. I always have struggled with anxiety but pregnancy and post partum made it worse and that’s actually how I found the RCP! I had made lots of environmental and nutrition changes but still knew there was more to it. I was already doing the stops and honestly magnesium has made the most difference for me. Of course we need all of the cofactors etc. So definitely start out slow and help those adrenals with the adrenal cocktail! I take 2 per day as well as many others of the starts. I have yet to donate blood due to being pregnant but I look forward to the future journey of the RCP as it has been an entire year of no anxiety! Of course it creeps in every so often but it’s a sign of what my body needs, no longer a crutch, and I have learned to listen to my body
