Wendy | The Root Cause Protocol Helped With My Anxiety

I was in the same boat 2 years ago. I was in a hurry to heal because of how miserable I was with the anxiety and sleep problems, but it was all very overwhelming. I had to make myself start so slow – uncomfortably slow because I was in such a hurry to heal. But I started with 1 thing and did that for a while until it was so part of my routine that it didn’t phase me anymore, then I added the next thing. It has taken 2 years, but I’m doing SO much better. I’ve almost incorporated all of the Starts. My anxiety is WAY down. I haven’t had a panic attack in months. Part of mine too, was that my doc had me taking too much thyroid medication, so I’ve been SUPER slowly dialing that down over the past 2 years also. I’ve also been working on mindset and breath work. Just take it slow – it’s hard to go that slowly when you are inpatient like I was. But you’ll get there! Just focus on one thing at a time.
