Hi! I wanted to share my experience. For 6 years I had “iron deficiency anemia.” After many tests I knew that it is due to my heavy menstrual bleeding. All these years I took iron and the hemoglobin went up, but as soon as I left it, it went down again. I had been working on some stops for several years, once I received the protocol, complete the stops that I was missing and incorporate what i can from the starts: liver or heart once or twice a week, cod liver oil, magnesium, bee pollen and every day a good amount of fruit rich in vitamin C (papaya, orange, kiwi).
I recently took a test to see how my hemoglobin was after 2 months of stopping taking iron and oh surprise 😱 it was at 12.8, never in these years had I managed to have it so high and even less without taking iron. So thanks to everyone who works to get this valuable information out ❤️

“Feeling so lucky and blessed to have found this protocol and group ! Three months ago I was diagnosed with “borderline anemia”. Doc recommended iron of course (thankfully food based one – floradix or floravital). I purchased it but could not get myself to take it, because I know that cancer cells feast on iron. And as much as I don’t want to eat sugar, I don’t want to supplement in iron – and I just now listened to Morley talking about anemia and the webinar about the stops and I feel UNDERSTOOD.

And so grateful that there is a way ! I am a crazy researcher – so it’s been a long time ago that I stopped B (even methylated), calcium, iron, started on mag bysglycinate and mag oil (only forms I tolerate), do my own “adrenal cocktail” with pink Himalayan salt and cream of tartar in ACV, have concentrace in my water, take grass fed desiccated liver, and eat kelp ! And a high fat low carb diet ! OMG 😳 I feel home and now here come the pieces of the puzzle that I did not have ! I came to this group through the secosteroid D group (just spent my last month reading all I could about synthetic D) and now here I am and I need to unlearn all about ascorbic acid. The truth is, it’s just wonderful ❤️🤩🥰 .

I don’t have much to remove (the AA) and to add (the pollen, the DE) to get there. Feeling stoked ! I am going to consume all the webinars and be on my way to my best self.— feeling excited.”
