Mi Anemia has disappeared. More energy. Fingers tips much better in cold weather.

My energy has improved and my muscles are growing with weightlifting now (which they were stalled earlier).

The most obvious is the toenail fungus resolution.

What changes have you seen in your health from starting/following the protocol?
I was initially diagnosed with “low iron” after having three babies in 19 months (first one, then twins). All three had severe eczema and allergies, and I was completely exhausted from caring for them. The doctor checked my ferritin levels (yikes!) and started me on iron infusions. At first, I felt better after the infusions, but then I’d crash again, so I’d go back for another one, sometimes with added ascorbic acid. Around the same time, I discovered GAPS and Weston A. Price, and my baby’s health improved significantly with these dietary changes. My own health also improved, but I still struggled with low energy.

Over the next few years, I had more than 10 iron or iron + ascorbic acid infusions. Eventually, after my fourth baby, I was diagnosed with anemia, adenomyosis, and extreme pelvic pain. The only solution offered to me by the medical establishment was surgery, which I politely declined, deciding to research better options on my own. In 2020, I came across the Root Cause Protocol on Facebook. A friend of mine had started the protocol too, so I decided to give it a try.

My energy levels improved significantly, very quickly (thank you adrenal cocktails!). Over time, as I incorporated more steps from the protocol, my pelvic pain, heavy periods, and PMS symptoms all resolved. I eventually started donating blood once my hemoglobin levels improved, and that was a game-changer. I felt lighter and more energized than I had in years.

My kids’ health has also greatly improved since we started following ancestral eating principles based on Weston A. Price, along with some of the steps from the Root Cause Protocol.
