What changes have you seen in your health from starting/following the protocol?

Looking , feeling , moving better
acid reflux under control
More energy overall
wound healing accelerated. Less scarring.

What is the most significant change you have experienced from the protocol?

Less illness. Any time(rare) I do get sick I fight it off rapidly.
My PT says I am doing well for my age movement-wise. Very little joint pain/restriction.

What would you say to someone who is considering RCP but unsure about starting the RCP?

Try. What have you got to lose, except aches, pains, loss of mobility, reflux and many “modern” illnesses.
Be aware, once you get into it , you may be called “woo-woo”… because alternatives…

    My TPO antibodies went from 300 to less than normal . It took about 3 years but they went down and have stayed down.
    My overall body aches and joint pains are greatly alleviated. For the most part at the age of 72 I feel very good.

    What is the most significant change you have experienced from the protocol?

    Less inflammation = greater freedom and ease of movement

    What would you say to someone who is considering RCP but unsure about starting the RCP?

    Is worth it but it’s a commitment. Stay the course.

    Yes! I am 47 and my hot flashes have disappeared! I have friends that literally wear shorts in the winter. I started the RCP Feb. of 2022 and it took me about a year(ish) to implement the entire protocol. I am extremely consistent with the AC’s and can tell they have also helped with just my overall stress. It is an amazing program if you stick to it! Definitely worth the effort!
